Expo 2020 Dubai is the first World Expo to be held in the Middle East, Africa, and South Asia region.
When the Dubai Municipality was deciding on emergency flood control equipment they reached out to Arabi Emirates our exclusive distributor in the U.A.E. for a reliable pump package solution for the 6 month event held in Dubai, U.A.E.. The pump package unit had to be sound attenuated so that it would not disturb the thousands of visitors from around the world visiting the expo.
Since this event is being held through Dubai’s rainy season, which is prone to flash flooding, the municipality knew that they needed a heavy-duty, dependable solution. Centex Fluid Products put together a sound attenuated unit with a Cornell high head pump model 10NHTBH driven by a Volvo engine.
